Delilah Alvares

Delilah Alvares is a Kuwait-born British actress, model and author^[1] best known for photo (glamour) and fashion modelling^[2] She is also the winner of ROCK Calendar Model 2012^[3] and one of the top 13 finalists of the Femina Beauty Pageant 2013^[4]

Alvares established herself in the world of theater as an award winning stage actress and play writer before actively moving into films and television^[1].Years later she made her return back to stage acting from screen acting^[5]

After winning the title of ROCK's Calendar Model in 2012, she ventured completely into modeling'^[5] Her work stands out with renowned fashion designers and photographers of various countries^[6] Known for her 'mystically expressive' and 'Mona Lisa' eyes, many of her pictures have frequented some of the major art galleries^[3] In 2021 she was listed as a Global Fashion Style Icon^[5]^[7]

Alvares has written three plays - Four Wonders (2007), Ms. Brown (2007), and Murder Mystery (2008)^[8] and is also the author of the psychological thriller- The Maze (Dark Shadows)^[9] published by a New York based publishing house^[10]
